Uganda cancellation and refund policy

General Cancellation Policy

• 91 days before the adventure date - 30% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees.
• 46-90 days before the adventure date - 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees.
• 9-45 days before the adventure date - 75% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees.
• 0-8 days before the adventure date - 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees.

Rescheduling Policy

• 91 days before the adventure date - 10% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees plus 125 USD per person to reschedule the Gorilla tracking permits and the credit Voucher* for the rest will be issued.
• 46-90 days before the adventure date - 20% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees plus 125 USD per person to reschedule the Gorilla tracking permits and the credit Voucher* for the rest will be issued.
• 9-45 days before the adventure date - 30% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees plus 125 USD per person to reschedule the Gorilla tracking permits and the credit Voucher* for the rest will be issued.
• 0-8 days before the adventure date - 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fees plus 125 USD per person to reschedule the Gorilla tracking permits and the credit Voucher* for the rest will be issued.

Please note:

1. All credit vouchers are non-refundable and will have a validity of 12 months from the original date of departure
2. Credit vouchers can be redeemed by friends and family.
3. In all refund cases, card processing fees (5% on the amount paid by card) will be deducted.
