Tawi Lodge

This award winning eco-friendly lodge outside Ambroseli National Park is set amidst 3,000 acres of private land adorned with African flora and fauna. Located at the lower foothills of Mt Kilimanjaro, the space is elegantly designed with wooden furnishings and intricately designed local artwork. It offers a restaurant with multiple fresh food options. There is a swimming pool and spa for rejuvenation. The main lounge offers a vast seating area alongside a fireplace. In addition, there is a small upper deck lounge. The outdoor hot tub, fireplace as well as bar overlooking the waterhole is much loved by guests. You will be excited to know that Tawi has its own airstrip to make your journey seamless and hassle free.

Located outside Amboseli National Park, the lodge is at a distance of 5 minutes drive from Kimana gate.

The cottages have been designed to offer more space and comfort. They provide clean & comfortable 4-poster beds, en-suite bathrooms with bathtub, shower and a private deck to take in the surrounding views.

Hair dryer can be used at certain times of the day. CPAP machines can be used at night.

Single, double and triple rooms are available.

The lodge offers amazing views of Mt Kilimanjaro. You are surrounded by beautiful gardens, large acacia trees and clear springs. Also, the property is home to over 150 species of birds.

Good - You are in the middle of wilderness and have wildlife coming very close to camp and you might get to see wildlife from your rooms/campgrounds and most likely you can hear wildlife through the night.
