Sawela Lodge

Sawela Lodge is a safari lodge in Naivasha, set to make your stay warm and welcoming. It provides a swimming pool, sauna and spa for those who are looking forward to a laid back vacation. Located on the eastern side of Lake Naivasha, the lodge is only a 30 minutes drive from Hell’s Gate.

There are different types of rooms available in Sawela.

Superior Rooms With cozy king size beds, work desk, en-suite bathrooms with a toilet and shower cubicle, and an outdoor seating area, the rooms are located near the reception area. There is also wifi and TV for entertainment.

Business Deluxe Rooms With amenities such as king size cozy beds, en-suite bathrooms with shower or bathtub options, TV and wifi for entertainment and a balcony overlooking the lush green gardens, the rooms are located at the far side of the property, making it more calm and peaceful.

Business Suite Rooms Perfect for business travelers, the suite is suitable for combining business travel with a family vacation. There is a sliding door separating the seating area from the bedroom. Other than cozy king size beds, there is an en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower options, a safe, tea/coffee making facilities and TV, wifi for entertainment. You also have access to a balcony and the option to make use of interconnecting rooms.

Executive Suite Rooms This two-bedroom suite located near the main block offers clean & cozy king size beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, a safe, TV and wifi for entertainment, a state-of-the-art lounge area. There is also a private balcony overlooking the gardens.

Honeymoon Suite Located in the last block, the suite offers an executive king size bed, modern shower cubicle, bathtub Jacuzzi, a balcony, TV and wifi for entertainment. On arrival, you will find beautiful flower petals on the bed, a fruit basket, and sparkling wine. Breakfast is served in bed every morning.

Honeymoon Suite Two adults can be occupied here.

The property offers splendid views of Lake Naivasha and Mt Longonot. Surrounded by well laid gardens and acacia trees, you might find various species of birds and animals such as giraffes grazing around.

Good - You are in the middle of wilderness and have wildlife coming very close to camp and you might get to see wildlife from your rooms/campgrounds and most likely you can hear wildlife through the night.
