Lemala Ngorongoro

Located on the eastern rim of Ngorongoro crater, the tented camp is set amidst a lush green forest. Its convenient location allows you to reach the crater floor early for morning game drives.

The dining area is decorated with old wooden cabinets, chests, bookshelves, rugs, lamps and sofas which emanates an old world charm. The evening campfires are also much loved by guests.

In addition to park fees of Ngorongoro national park, a statutory fees (Camping fees) of $70.8 per person per night will be applicable for staying at this accommodation.

The camp is 10 minutes away from Lemala entry point of the crater floor. The nearest airstrip, i.e. Lake Manyara airstrip is 75 minutes drive away.

There are 9 suites with two clean and comfortable beds, en-suite bathroom, gas heaters, hot drinking water, desk, seating area, safe, electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities and 24*7 solar power.

The rooms have two queen-size beds (triples are also available as per request).

The camp offers amazing views of the surrounding acacia forest which is extremely calming.

Moderate - You are still in the wilderness but the amount of wildlife around the camp is not quite high and you might not get to hear them through the night on all days.
