Itinéraire

Day 1 - Nairobi to Mara North Conservancy

Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Nairobi. You will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel and dropped off at Wilson Aiprort at 10:00 AM for a flight to Mara North Conservancy, enjoying spectacular aerial views as you fly over the Kenyan landscape. The flight takes approximately one hour, and you’ll arrive in Mara North Conservancy around 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to your chosen camp. After check-in and a refreshing welcome drink, enjoy lunch at the camp and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, embark on your first shared game drive in Mara North Conservancy. The conservancy is known for its abundant wildlife, including the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos. After an exciting afternoon of wildlife viewing game drives, return to the camp at 5:3-6 PM for an evening of relaxation and dinner. Depending on your camp’s schedule, you may also have the opportunity to join a night game drive to witness the nocturnal activities of the bush.

Day 2 - Shared Game Drives in Mara North Conservancy

Wake up early to the sounds of the wild and head out for a morning game drive or a guided walking tour, depending on your camp’s offerings. Mara North Conservancy allows off-roading, giving you the chance to get closer to the animals and explore areas that are not accessible in the neighboring Masai Mara National Reserve. After the morning adventure, return to the camp for a hearty breakfast. The rest of the morning is yours to enjoy at leisure. After lunch, you can opt for another shared game drive, where you’ll have more opportunities to spot the Big Five and other wildlife. As the day winds down, you might have the chance to experience a night game drive, where you can see nocturnal animals in their natural habitat. Dinner will be served back at the camp, followed by an evening of relaxation.

Day 3 - Mara North Conservancy to Nairobi

On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the camp, followed by a morning game drive to savor your last moments in the African wilderness. After the game drive, return to the camp to pack up and prepare for your departure. At around 11:00 AM, you’ll board your Safarilink flight back to Nairobi, arriving at Wilson Airport around 12:20 PM. From there, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel or onward destination, bringing an end to your unforgettable safari experience in Mara North Conservancy.

Deposit Payment
- Deposit is 50% of the total booking amount.
- Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or an online card payment.
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- We offer bank accounts in 10 different currencies for bank transfers.
- Once you make the deposit payment you will receive a booking confirmation.

Balance Payment
- Balance can be paid via bank transfer, online card payment or with cash
- Bank payment can be done 15 days prior to the tour date (recommended 30 days prior)
- Card payment can be done 1 day prior to the tour date (recommended 7 days prior)
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- Cash can be paid on arrival (US Dollars printed in or after the year 2009)

Politique d'annulation

Cancellation Policy
- 120 days before departure date: 5% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 119 to 90 days before departure date: 10% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 89 to 60 days before departure date: 20% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 59 to 31 days before departure date: 30% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 30 to 0 days before departure date: 50% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees

Note 1: In all refund cases, card processing fees (5%) or wire transfer ($25) fees will be deducted.

Partial Cancellation Policy
- If the group size reduces, the above cancellation policy applies to the canceling clients.
- In addition, the price per person for remaining clients might change as applicable based on the new group size.

Note 2: Our cancellation policy may differ for some packages based on the accommodations included, particularly for E3, E4, and E5 packages, to match the respective accommodation providers’ policies.

• 30 days or more before departure date - Credit voucher for full deposit will be issued.
  - Within 29 to 15 days before departure date - 10% of the tour amount will be charged as cancellation fees and a Credit voucher for the remaining deposit will be issued.
  - Within 14 to 7 days before departure date - 20% of tour amount will be charged as cancellation fees and Credit voucher for remaining deposit will be issued.
  - Within 6 days before departure date - 30% of tour amount will be charged as cancellation fees and Credit voucher for remaining deposit will be issued.
  - All credit vouchers are non-refundable and will have a validity of 24 months from the original date of departure.
  - If any payments are paid through card the surcharge amount will not be considered in the credit voucher. So, the credit voucher will be issued excluding the surcharge amount.
