Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp

Located in a private corner of Tarangire national park close to Kuro airstrip, this is a safari tented camp set amidst huge acacia trees overlooking the savanna. It is one of the few vintage camps in the region. Guests staying here will get to see beautiful sunrise/sunset and also might catch a glimpse of various wildlife species around the camp. The barbeque area and bonfire during the evenings are much loved by the guests.

In addition to park fees of Tarangire national park, a statutory fees (Camping fees) of $53.1 to $59 per person per night will be applicable for staying at this accommodation.

Located inside Tarangire national park, it is set at a distance of 40 minutes drive from Kuro airstrip.

There are 12 deluxe tents with twin rooms, double rooms, triple rooms and family rooms. They can accommodate around 35 guests overall.

The tents provide clean, comfortable beds and en-suite facilities like a hand basin, shower, solar powered electricity which runs 24/7, mosquito nets, ponchos to keep you warm during chilly seasons, hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, bug spray, bathrobes and charging plugs. In addition, there is a safety box to keep your valuables.

Spectacular views of the acacia trees and savanna plains along with wild animals such as zebras, elephants, etc. in Tarangire National Park especially while enjoying the fireplace or making barbecue as the stars come out. The views at sunset and sunrise are breathtaking.

Good - You are in the middle of wilderness and have wildlife coming very close to camp and you might get to see wildlife from your rooms/campgrounds and most likely you can hear wildlife through the night.

The food has been rated good by most clients. You have the option of special diet menus as well.
