Itinerary

Day 1: Mombasa/Diani to Masai Mara

Begin your adventure with an early morning departure from Mombasa or Diani. You’ll board a Mombasa Air Safari flight at 7:30 AM, enjoying aerial views of the Kenyan landscape as you fly towards the Masai Mara. The flight takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, and you’ll arrive at Masai Mara around 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to your chosen camp or lodge within the reserve. After checking in and enjoying a delicious lunch, you’ll embark on your first game drive in the Masai Mara. Explore the vast savannahs and look for the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as other iconic wildlife.

In the evening, return to your camp at around 5:30- 6PM. Freshen up and enjoy frshly prepared dinner and an evening of relaxation at your camp.

Day 2 &3 : Full Day in Masai Mara

Your second & third day are flexible & are dedicated to exploring the Masai Mara with full-day game drives. You can discuss & decide the itinerary with your guide.

After an early breakfast, set out with a packed lunch for an extensive exploration of the reserve. The Masai Mara is renowned for its diverse wildlife, and you’ll have the opportunity to spot a variety of animals, including cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and the numerous herbivores that roam the plains. If your visit coincides with the Great Migration, you may witness the dramatic river crossings, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile-infested waters of the Mara River.

After a day of thrilling wildlife encounters, return to your camp at arounf 5:30- 6PM for a delicious dinner and a relaxing evening.

Day 4: Masai Mara to Mombasa/Diani

On your final day, enjoy a morning game drive to capture your last moments in the Masai Mara. After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the Masai Mara airstrip for your return flight. The flight departs at 2:00 PM, taking about 3 to 3.5 hours, and you’ll arrive back in Mombasa or Diani around 4:25 PM. From the airstrip, you’ll continue to your hotel or onward destination, concluding your unforgettable safari experience in the Masai Mara.

Payment Policy

Deposit Payment
- Deposit is 50% of the total booking amount.
- Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or an online card payment.
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- We offer bank accounts in 10 different currencies for bank transfers.
- Once you make the deposit payment you will receive a booking confirmation.

Balance Payment
- Balance can be paid via bank transfer, online card payment or with cash
- Bank payment can be done 15 days prior to the tour date (recommended 30 days prior)
- Card payment can be done 1 day prior to the tour date (recommended 7 days prior)
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- Cash can be paid on arrival (US Dollars printed in or after the year 2009)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
- 120 days before departure date: 5% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 119 to 90 days before departure date: 10% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 89 to 60 days before departure date: 20% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 59 to 31 days before departure date: 30% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 30 to 0 days before departure date: 50% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees

Note 1: In all refund cases, card processing fees (5%) or wire transfer ($25) fees will be deducted.

Partial Cancellation Policy
- If the group size reduces, the above cancellation policy applies to the canceling clients.
- In addition, the price per person for remaining clients might change as applicable based on the new group size.

Note 2: Our cancellation policy may differ for some packages based on the accommodations included, particularly for E3, E4, and E5 packages, to match the respective accommodation providers’ policies.
