This itinerary includes Kibale National Park (2N), the top destination for chimpanzee trekking and tracking over a dozen other primate species, where you'll enjoy Chimpanzee Tracking and a Bigodi Swamp Walk; Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (1N), world-renowned for unforgettable mountain gorilla trekking in a dense rainforest setting, where you'll enjoy gorilla tracking and a Batwa Cultural Visit; and Lake Bunyonyi (2N), famous for its breathtaking scenery in a relaxing setting, where you'll enjoy an Island Exploration Boat Cruise, before transferring back to Kampala.

Kibale

In February, Kibale, Uganda typically experiences warm and humid weather. Average temperatures during this month generally range from around 18°C (64°F) at night to about 28°C (82°F) during the day. Rainfall is relatively low compared to other months, but brief showers can occur, contributing to the lush greenery of the region. Overall, February is part of the dry season, making it a favorable time for outdoor activities and wildlife observation in Kibale National Park.

Lake Bunyonyi

In February, Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda typically experiences warm and moderately humid weather. Historical averages indicate daytime temperatures range from about 24°C to 28°C (75°F to 82°F). Nights tend to be cooler, with temperatures dropping to around 15°C to 18°C (59°F to 64°F).

February falls within the dry season, so while there may be occasional rainfall, it is generally less frequent than during the wetter months. Humidity levels are moderately high, and visitors can expect a mix of sunny and partly cloudy days.
