Itinerary


Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdare National Park

Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Nairobi to Aberdare. We will pickup from Nairobi Hotel or Hotel at 7:30 AM and proceed for a journey of approximately 4 to 4.5 hours (159 km). Upon arrival, you will check into your accommodation and enjoy your freshly prepared lunch. No game drives are scheduled for this day, allowing you time to relax and enjoy the cool highlands. Dinner will be served at your lodge.

Day 2: Aberdare to Samburu
After enjoying breakfast, you’ll depart Aberdare and head north to Samburu National Reserve, a drive that takes about 4 to 4.5 hours (216 km). Upon arrival and after checking into your camp, you will enjoy your delicious lunch. Then, you’ll embark on an afternoon game drive. Samburu is famous for its unique wildlife, including the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and Somali ostrich.

At around 5:30 -6 PM return to lodge and freshen up. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 3 & 4: Full Day Game Drives in Samburu

Enjoy a full day of game drives in Samburu. The itinerary for these days are flexible and you can discuss with your guide for your schdule for the days, previous day. After Breakfast, leave for full day game drives with pacaked lunch. Explore the reserve’s rugged terrain and spot Samburu’s special "Big Five" (grevy zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk). You’ll have the opportunity to observe wildlife along the banks of the Ewaso Ng'iro River, where animals come to drink.

Return to lodge at 5:30- 6 PM & freshen up. Enjoy your freshly prepared dinner & overnight stay at your camp.

Day 5: Samburu to Meru National Park

After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Meru National Park, a 2.5 to 3-hour drive (132 km). Known for its rich wildlife and dramatic scenery, Meru offers an off-the-beaten-path safari experience. You’ll arrive in time for a half-day game drive. After checking into your accommodation and lunch, leave for game drives.

Return to lodge at 5:30- 6 PM & freshen up. Dinner will be served at your lodge.

Day 6: Full Day Game Drives in Meru

Enjoy a full day of game drives in Meru National Park. After Breakfast, leave for game drives along with packed lunch. The park is known for its diverse wildlife and remote wilderness, and is home to the Big Five. Explore its rivers and forests and spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a variety of birdlife.

Return in the evening, enjoy your Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 7: Meru to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After a morning game drive in Meru, you’ll depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a 3.5 to 4-hour drive (164 km). Ol Pejeta is one of Kenya’s most popular conservancies, known for its rhino sanctuary and great wildlife experiences. You’ll have the afternoon to explore the conservancy on a game drive. So, check into your lodge, enjoy your lunch & leave for afternoon game drives.

At evening around 5:30 - 6PM, return to lodge and frshen up. Enjoy your delicious dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 8: Full Day Game Drives in Ol Pejeta

Today, you’ll enjoy a full day of game drives at Ol Pejeta. After breakfast, leave for game drives with packed lunch. The conservancy is home to the largest population of black rhinos in East Africa and offers excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five.

At evening around 5:30 - 6PM, return to lodge and frshen up. Enjoy your delicious dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 9: Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru National Park

Following breakfast, you’ll have mornig game drives & depart Ol Pejeta and head to Lake Nakuru National Park, a 3.5 to 4.5-hour drive (158 km). Upon arrival, you’ll check in & enjoy your lunch & settle down for the day.

Enjoy your freshly prepared dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 10: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
After having early breakfast, leave for morning game drives in Lake Nakuru. Then, you’ll transfer to Lake Naivasha, a short 1.5 to 2-hour drive (67 km). Upon arrival, check in your lodge & enjoy your lunch. Then proceed to a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and a walking tour on Crescent Island.

Return back in evening and enjoy your dinner & overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 11: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
After breakfast, you’ll transfer to the Masai Mara National Reserve, a 5 to 5.5-hour drive (250 km). After checking in, enjoy your lunch & embark on your first afternoon game drive. Masai Mara is one of the most famous reserves in Africa, known for its abundant wildlife. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 12, Day 13, Day 14 - Masai Mara

Today's itinerary is flexible and you can discuss with your guide on the previous evening and plan for today's schedule. You can either have a relaxed breakfast and depart for full day game drives around 9:00 AM with packed lunch and return back to lodge late afternoon around 6:00 PM. Or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive (This is the best time to see the animals and a good
chance to witness hunt/kill).

Later return to accommodation for breakfast and relax for a bit and depart on an afternoon game drive with packed lunch. you will stop at a picnic spot for having packed lunch and later depart on a game drive till the park is closed. Around 6:00 PM return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 15: Masai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast, you’ll depart the Masai Mara and return to Nairobi by road, a 5.5 to 6-hour drive (284 km). You will have an en-route lunch. You’ll arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, with dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 16: Nairobi to Amboseli

In the morning, you’ll enjoy a game drive in Nairobi National Park, before departing for Amboseli National Park, a 4 to 4.5-hour drive (216 km). After checking into your accommodation, you’ll enjoy your lunch. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 17 - Full Day Game Drives at Amboseli

Today's itinerary is flexible and you can discuss with your guide on the previous evening and plan for today's schedule. You can either have a relaxed breakfast and depart for full day game drives around 9:00 AM with packed lunch and return back to lodge late afternoon around 6:00 PM. Or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive (This is the best time to see the animals and a good chance to witness hunt/kill). Note: Since Amboseli is relatively hot, game drives around noon are not usually recommended but can be arranged if you are interested.

Day 18 - Amboseli to Tsavo East

You can start the day with an early morning game drive to explore more of Amboseli’s wildlife. The early morning is a great time to see animals and enjoy the beautiful light. Post morning game drives , return to the lodge for breakfast. Check out and proceed towards Tsavo East . This drive will take about 3 to 3.5 hours. Have a packed lunch en route and Arrive in Tsavo East by evening , check into your lodge/camp. Enjoy your evening and dinner at your lodge or camp. Relax and unwind after the drive.

Day 19 – Full Day Game Drives at Tsavo East

You can depart at 6:30 AM after breakfast on an early morning game drive (This is the best time to see the animals and a good chance to witness a hunt/kill). Later around 10:30 AM, return to accommodation for a break and relax for a bit and after lunch, depart on an afternoon game drivea round 3:00 PM till around 6:00 PM. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 20 - Tsavo East to Nairobi

Head out for a final early morning game drive in Tsavo East. The park is known for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. Continue with game drives till around 9:00 AM and then head back to camp for breakfast. After breakfast, check out from camp and proceed to Nairobi along with en-route lunch. This drive will take about 6 to 6.5 hours.

- Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or an online card payment.
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.

- Once you make the deposit payment you will receive a booking confirmation.

Balance Payment
- Balance can be paid via bank transfer, online card payment or with cash
- Bank payment can be done 15 days prior to the tour date (recommended 30 days prior)
- Card payment can be done 1 day prior to the tour date (recommended 7 days prior)
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy
- 120 days before departure date: 5% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 119 to 90 days before departure date: 10% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 89 to 60 days before departure date: 20% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 59 to 31 days before departure date: 30% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 30 to 0 days before departure date: 50% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees

Note 1: In all refund cases, card processing fees (5%) or wire transfer ($25) fees will be deducted.

Partial Cancellation Policy
- If the group size reduces, the above cancellation policy applies to the canceling clients.
- In addition, the price per person for remaining clients might change as applicable based on the new group size.

This itinerary includes Aberdare National Park(1N), known for its forests with rare wildlife like the bongo antelope and black leopard; Samburu National Reserve (3N), home to the Special 5; Meru National Park(2N), home to the Big Five alongside unique species like the Grevy's zebra and reticulated giraffe; Ol Pejeta Conservancy(2N), home to endangered rhinos with Big 5 and chimpanzees; Lake Nakuru (1N), famous for its flamingos; Lake Naivasha (1N), known for boat safaris, birdlife, and hippos; Maasai Mara National Reserve (4N), renowned for the Big 5 and the Great Migration (Jul-Oct); Nairobi National Park(1N), where giraffes roam against the city skyline backdrop; Amboseli National Park (2N), iconic for its large elephant herds and views of Mt.
