This itinerary includes Nyerere National Park (3N), renowned for boat safaris, walking safaris, and large populations of elephants, lions, and hippos in a vast, uncrowded wilderness; Mikumi National Park(1N), often called a mini-Serengeti, known for easy-access game drives with lions, giraffes, and buffalo; Ruaha National Park(3N), celebrated for its rugged landscapes, high density of lions, and rare sightings of wild dogs and sable antelope; and Udzungwa Mountains(1N), unique for rainforest treks and sightings of endemic primates, before returning back to Dar es Salaam.
