Itinerary

Day 1 - Nairobi to Naboisho Conservancy

Your tour starts with pickup from your Nairobi Hotel at 7 AM or Nairobi Aiprort for a flight from Wilson Aiport. The flight departs at 10:00 AM, offering breathtaking aerial views of the Kenyan landscape as you fly towards the conservancy. Upon arrival around 11:00 AM, you'll be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to your chosen camp. After a refreshing welcome drink, check in and settle into your accommodations. Lunch will be served at the camp, followed by some leisure time to unwind. Later, join a scheduled shared game drive, where you'll have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife As evening approaches, return to the camp at around 5:30-6 PM, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared Dinner with overnight stay at your lodge. Depending on your accommodation, you might also have the option for a night game drive, giving you a chance to witness the nocturnal life of the bush.

Day 2, Day 3, Day 4 - Shared Game Drives at Naboisho Conservancy

Start your day with an early morning shared game drive or a guided walking safari, depending on the schedule offered by your camp. Naboisho Conservancy is renowned for its diverse wildlife, so keep an eye out for lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes & more. After the morning adventure, return to the camp for breakfast.You can spend the rest of the morning at your leisure. After lunch, head out for another shared game drive, or perhaps a walking tour if it's available.

Day 5: Naboisho Conservancy to Nairobi

On your final day, enjoy a morning shared game drive or a relaxed breakfast at the camp. Take in the last sights and sounds of the African wilderness before preparing for your departure. After breakfast, you'll have time to pack and perhaps take a final stroll around the camp. You will be dropped off at the Airstrip 3 hours prior to the flight. At around 11:00 AM, board your flight back to Nairobi, arriving at Wilson Airport at approximately 12:20 PM. From there, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel or to the airport for your onward journey, concluding your memorable experience at Naboisho Conservancy.

Payment Policy

Deposit Payment
- Deposit is 50% of the total booking amount.
- Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or an online card payment.
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- We offer bank accounts in 10 different currencies for bank transfers.
- Once you make the deposit payment you will receive a booking confirmation.

Balance Payment
- Balance can be paid via bank transfer, online card payment or with cash
- Bank payment can be done 15 days prior to the tour date (recommended 30 days prior)
- Card payment can be done 1 day prior to the tour date (recommended 7 days prior)
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- Cash can be paid on arrival (US Dollars printed in or after the year 2009)

Cancellation Policy

• Deposit paid is fully refundable till 45 days before departure date.
  - Within 44 to 30 days before tour date - 10% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees.
  - Within 29 to 15 days before tour date - 20% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees.
  - Within 14 days before tour date - 30% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees.
  - Card processing fees, which is 5% on all card payments, is not refundable.

Amendment Policy

• 30 days or more before departure date - Credit voucher for full deposit will be issued.
  - Within 29 to 15 days before departure date - 10% of the tour amount will be charged as cancellation fees and a Credit voucher for the remaining deposit will be issued.
  - Within 14 to 7 days before departure date - 20% of tour amount will be charged as cancellation fees and Credit voucher for remaining deposit will be issued.
  - Within 6 days before departure date - 30% of tour amount will be charged as cancellation fees and Credit voucher for remaining deposit will be issued.
  - All credit vouchers are non-refundable and will have a validity of 24 months from the original date of departure.
  - If any payments are paid through card the surcharge amount will not be considered in the credit voucher. So, the credit voucher will be issued excluding the surcharge amount.
