Ngorongoro Safari Lodge

Located to the south of Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the tented lodge is a bit far from the crater rim but is still surrounded by exuberant flora and fauna. Having been built upon raised platforms, all the structures offer wide, elevated views. There is a restaurant/bar with indoor as well as outdoor seating plus a swimming pool where you can relax after a long day.

In addition to park fees of Ngorongoro national park national park, a statutory fees (Concession fees) of $59 per person per night will be applicable for staying at this accommodation.

Lake Manyara airstrip is 2 hours 15 minutes away from the tented lodge.

There are 10 rooms with clean, comfortable beds and bathrooms having en-suite facilities like indoor/outdoor showers. There are private decks to enjoy vast views of the surrounding wilderness.

The area offers amazing views of the surrounding areas with animals such as giraffes coming very close to the camp.

Good - You are in the middle of wilderness and have wildlife coming very close to camp and you might get to see wildlife from your rooms/campgrounds and most likely you can hear wildlife through the night.
