Day 1 - Mombasa/Diani to Masai Mara

Begin your journey with an early morning departure from Mombasa or Diani. You’ll catch your flight with Mombasa Air Safari, which departs at 7:30 AM. As you soar over the Kenyan landscape, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the plains and mountains below. The flight takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, and you’ll arrive in the world-renowned Masai Mara around 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by your guide and transferred to your chosen camp or lodge within the reserve. After check-in, relax and enjoy lunch as you take in the beautiful surroundings. In the afternoon, you’ll embark on your first game drive in the Masai Mara, a thrilling experience as you explore the park’s rich wildlife, including the Big Five and other iconic species.

As the sun sets, return to your camp at around 5:30 - 6 PM and freshen up. Then enjoy freshly prepared delicious dinner and stay overnight at your camp.

Day 2 - Full Day in Masai Mara

Your second day in the Masai Mara is dedicated to exploring the vast savannahs with full-day game drives. After an early breakfast, set out with a packed lunch for an extensive exploration of the park. You’ll traverse the open plains and riverine forests, searching for lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and leopards, as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and countless other species. The Masai Mara is also famous for the Great Migration, so if you’re visiting during this period, you might witness the dramatic river crossings and the immense herds of wildebeest and zebras. In the afternoon, you can take a break at a scenic spot for a picnic lunch before continuing your game drives.

Day 3 - Morning in Masai Mara and Return to Mombasa/Diani

On your final day, enjoy a morning game drive, making the most of your last hours in the Masai Mara. Early morning is an excellent time for wildlife viewing, as many animals are active during the cooler hours. After the game drive, return to your camp for breakfast and some time to relax. You’ll then pack up and prepare for your journey back to Mombasa or Diani. Transfer to the Masai Mara airstrip for your 2:00 PM flight with Mombasa Air Safari. The flight takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, and you’ll arrive back in Mombasa or Diani around 4:25 PM, bringing an end to your unforgettable Masai Mara adventure.

Payment Policy

Deposit Payment
- Deposit is 50% of the total booking amount.
- Deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or an online card payment.
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- We offer bank accounts in 10 different currencies for bank transfers.
- Once you make the deposit payment you will receive a booking confirmation.

Balance Payment
- Balance can be paid via bank transfer, online card payment or with cash
- Bank payment can be done 15 days prior to the tour date (recommended 30 days prior)
- Card payment can be done 1 day prior to the tour date (recommended 7 days prior)
- A 5% fee is applicable on all card payments (payment gateway charges). This is non-refundable.
- Cash can be paid on arrival (US Dollars printed in or after the year 2009)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
- 120 days before departure date: 5% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 119 to 90 days before departure date: 10% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 89 to 60 days before departure date: 20% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 59 to 31 days before departure date: 30% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees
- Within 30 to 0 days before departure date: 50% of the tour amount is charged as cancellation fees

Note 1: In all refund cases, card processing fees (5%) or wire transfer ($25) fees will be deducted.

Partial Cancellation Policy
- If the group size reduces, the above cancellation policy applies to the canceling clients.
- In addition, the price per person for remaining clients might change as applicable based on the new group size.

Note 2: Our cancellation policy may differ for some packages based on the accommodations included, particularly for E3, E4, and E5 packages, to match the respective accommodation providers’ policies.
