Briefing before Kilimanjaro Trek
Briefing is an important component of your trekking exeprience with Monkey Adventures. This is when you will meet your guide and our manager. We will be going through the basics on what to expect over the next few days.
It's also an oppurtunity for us to discuss and understand your expectations from the trek are. Please feel free to share what you are looking to get out of this experience.
When do we do the briefing?
We do the briefing for the trek the previous day from the start of the trek day at 5pm. So if your trek starts on 5th July at 8am, the briefing will be on 4th July at 5pm.
Sometimes it might be necessary to delay the briefing due to late arrivals of trekkers or other unavoidable circumstances, in which case we will inform you the briefing time beforehand.
Where do we do the briefing?
We usually do the briefing in your hotel in Moshi. In some special cases, we also do the briefing at our office in Moshi. If your hotel is not in Moshi, we request you to please plan to take a taxi to our office in Moshi.
