Mara Bush Camp

Located on the banks of the periodic Olare Orok River, the tented camp is cloaked in a riverine forest inside Maasai Mara National Reserve. Other than the guest tents, there is a bar, lounge and a private dining tent which serves delicious meals with regards to your dietary requirements. As the camp is unfenced, you will find Maasai ‘Moranis’ (Warriors) guarding the grounds day and night. The location allows you to reach Talek gate easily, just a few minutes’ walk. A haven for photographers, there is a separate photo lounge to charge your laptops and cameras. If you are someone looking for a unique safari style stay away from mass tourism, this is the place to be. It is especially recommended by solo travelers.

Located in the heart of Maasai Mara Game Reserve, the tented camp is only a 7 minutes drive from Olkiombo airstrip.

There are 12 tents raised on wooden platforms. Facing the river, they feature clean & comfortable beds, a deck and a bathroom with flush toilet, shower.

Twin, double and triple accommodations are available.

The camp offers wonderful views of Olare Orok River which is home to a pool of hippos.

Good - You are in the middle of wilderness and have wildlife coming very close to camp and you might get to see wildlife from your rooms/campgrounds and most likely you can hear wildlife through the night.
