Endoro Lodge

Located along the slopes of Northern Highlands bordering Ngorongoro Conservation Area, just a few minutes walk from the lodge takes you onto Endoro river trails where you can go birding, hiking, plant identification and wild animal viewing. The infamous Elephant Caves is in the area. The lodge has a main building raised on a platform. It consists of a lounge with comfortable armchairs, sofas, board games, conference facilities and a dining room plus bar to enjoy mouth watering delicacies. The swimming pool can be used for relaxation after a long day. There is also a curio shop to buy souvenir for loved ones.

The lodge is only 5.5 km from Karatu and 0.5 km from Endoro gate.

There are 32 rooms wherein 16 cottages have two rooms interconnected with each other through a door. You have the option of keeping it open or locked depending upon you sharing it with friends/family. There are single suites, double suites and interconnected suites available.

The rooms are all separately placed in different locations on the hill promising utmost privacy. They offer clean beds with mosquito nets, bedside tables with lighting, writing desk & chair, fireplace, separate lounge area and en-suite facilities such as twin basins, toilet, indoor as well as outdoor shower, an immersion tub and a private veranda.

The lodge offers amazing views of the Northern Highlands and the starry nights feel exceptionally peaceful. This is especially the case from the main area and the private verandas.

Moderate - You are still in the wilderness but the amount of wildlife around the camp is not quite high and you might not get to hear them through the night on all days.
